Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I provide tax compliance and planning services to “middle-market” and small businesses, their owners and other individuals with complicated tax situations. These services encompass estate and gift taxes as well as income taxes for all entities and include representation to regulatory agencies with respect to tax controversies.

A natural extension of such tax compliance and planning services is preparation of the income tax provision and footnote for businesses which require outside tax assistance because they are are complying with Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) and their auditors may no longer provide it. I also provide certain traditional accounting and management consulting services to small businesses.

My goal is to provide value to each client through strong client relationships, exceptional service, and business and technical expertise.  

I value and build strong client relationships so that I can understand not only the unique facts and circumstances of each client but also their goals and the methods with which they are comfortable achieving them. This allows me to identify opportunities and resolve issues with them (you). This allows the businesses and individuals to create value by focusing on their core business competencies or their highest priorities in their personal life.

I have designed this website is to provide you with a profile of my practice and some interesting (hopefully) and timely topics which will be updated from time to time. These discussions are not exhaustive in nature nor are they meant to display the full breadth of many years of practice. Rather, they are merely a few examples of the quality of client communications (although not specifically tailored to you).

Located in Diamond Bar, California, I am freeway and internet highway close to those in the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, San Bernardino County and beyond.
